Our founder, Amy Devanny, is a veteran of Technical Recruitment with over 20 years’ experience matching outstanding IT talent with top tech teams here in St. Louis, and also nationwide.
In 2018, Amy founded the Devanny Consulting Group to provide candidates and clients what she felt is often lacking in the fast-paced and ever-changing Technical Recruitment industry; long-lasting partnerships, consistent industry knowledge, and abiding love for St. Louis.
Here at Devanny Consulting Group, we combine the latest software with midwestern manners. The result is unparalleled relationship building and management.
That is to say, we get to know our hiring managers and how their teams operate, to find candidates with the best technical and personality matches. We aim to fill each open position with the best fit the first time.
